Our refund
and returns policy lasts 03 days. If 03 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several
types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept
products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Return/Refund Policy


Cure9’s team believes in quality and best services so we make sure that the customer is served in the best way. Making sure that you are served in every best possible way following are the policies for return/refund & cancellation. 
On the time of delivery if the package is damaged from outside please do not accept the package and do not sign the delivery slip. Signing of the delivery
slip indicates that the package has not been damaged in transit. After opening the package if you find that the order is damaged from inside or it is
different than what you ordered than you need to communicate with us through website or call center within 24 hours of receipt. We will Lodge a complaint
and will get back to you within next 24 – 48 hours. On basis of your complaint, we will launch an internal investigation and the report of that investigation 
would be full & final. If you are eligible for return/refund than we will process the same.


If you are eligible for a refund, it will be given to you in the form of store credit.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is

officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please

Return/Refund Policy for Temperature Sensitive
In temperature sensitive items there is no return/refund or cancellation once shipped. If the order you placed and received is different, In that case we will reship you the correct order. 

Cancellation Policy
If you return or cancel your order before payment there are no charges. After your order has been released for processing, then there is a 15% restocking fee.

Prices on the website are subject to change, as received from manufacturer(s), without any prior notice.

Shipping Policy
We offering 3 courier companies of the country for shipping purpose. The prices of each courier in your specific location are mentioned on our website so you can pick according to your choice. Once you have placed the order and paid we will ship the order and you will receive it within 24 – 72 hours. After placing your order, when the order has been dispatched you can track your order with your relevant courier by taking the tracking number from our website. 
We are also offering, in co-ordination with a local service provider, Cash On Delivery service to its customers. For more information on the Cash On Delivery
